Brenda Carter is the Executive Vice-President of Quality, Partnerships at Kingston Health Sciences Centre and also the Regional Vice-President, Cancer Care. 

Brenda is accountable for the strategic development and implementation of high quality performance driven programs within her portfolio including Patient Safety, Quality & Risk Management, along with local, regional and provincial partnership-based programs including the Renal Program, Cancer Program, Mental Health & Addictions, community programs, KidsInclusive, Ininew Patient Services, and the Central Ambulance Communication Centre (CACC).

As RVP for the South East Regional Cancer Program, she is accountable for bringing together cancer care providers to plan and deliver integrated, coordinated and high quality cancer services across the South East region.

Brenda has a Master of Health Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
