At Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC), our employees, physicians, learners and volunteers are all dedicated to serving the needs of our community and the more than 500,000 residents of southeastern Ontario. Our aim is to Transform care, together. To help us achieve this, we are always striving to attract dynamic and dedicated people to join our team.

These are exciting times to consider joining our hospital. Over the past few years, our work in pioneering Patient- and Family-Centred Care has been attracting attention, inspiring others, and winning us awards across the country and around the world. Our focus on making our hospital a great place to work has also won us accolades from the Ontario Hospital Association, the City of Kingston, and the prestigious Canada's Passion Capitalist Award.

As an academic and teaching hospital, we are also researching promising new treatments for patients around the world and best practices for health care providers while training the next generation of health care providers.

To support all of this important work, we are focused on connecting community, building a strong and healthy workplace and hiring the best people.

Of course, employees aren't the only one's helping our patients and their families. Here at KHSC, we also rely on the hundreds of people who volunteer their time and talents each week at our hospital.

Members of our Auxiliaries also make a huge contribution by raising funds through such services as the the Auxiliary Cafe, Tuck Shop, Lottery Booth and Gift Shop.
