Hospital Accountability Agreements

The Kingston Health Sciences Centre is funded by the Province of Ontario in accordance with funding policies established by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Ontario Health.    

The hospital sites are required to annually execute the Hospital Services Accountability Agreement (H-SAA) and the Multi-sector Services Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) with the Ontario Health.  These agreements sets out the rights and obligations of the two parties and performance expectations for the funding provided.
