Patient Experience Advisors
At Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC), we believe the best way to improve the patient experience is by partnering with the people who know it best: patients and families.
Patient Experience Advisors work alongside staff and physicians to help shape care, programs, and services across KHSC. Advisors help ensure patient and family voices are meaningfully reflected in decisions that impact care. By sharing lived experiences and thoughtful perspectives, Advisors contribute to meaningful improvements in care that is patient- and family-centred, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.

Patient Experience Advisors may be involved in a variety of meaningful activities, including:

You may be eligible to become a Patient Experience Advisor if you or a loved one received care at KHSC within the past five years at one of the following sites:
