Diabetes Education and Management Centre

The Diabetes Education and Management Centre (DEMC) is made up of an adult program and a pediatric program. DEMC accept referrals from health care professionals or directly from the person living with diabetes.

The Adult Program is on Centenary 2 of the Hotel Dieu Hospital (HDH) site of Kingston Health Sciences Centre. If you enter through the main entrance off Brock Street, walk towards the main lobby elevators and continue down the main hallway to the right of the elevators. *Do not get on the elevators.* Then, continue down the hallway to the end and turn left to follow this hallway until you see a small elevator on your left side, the Centenary elevator. Take the elevator to level 2 and DEMC registration desk will be on your left as you get off the elevator.

The Pediatric Program is located within the Children's Outpatient Clinic (COPC) at the HDH site of Kingston Health Sciences Centre. If you enter through the main entrance off Brock Street, turn to your left and walk past the Cafe on your left. The COPC is located through the first door on your left.
