David Fell is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Utilities Kingston and Kingston Hydro Corporation since January 2022.
David has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Queen’s University as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from McMaster University.
Previous to Utilities Kingston, David was CEO of the Eastern Ontario Regional Broadband Network (EORN). EORN has invested over $400 million into Eastern Ontario to extend high speed fixed and mobile broadband access for rural residents. EORN is a nonprofit corporation that also owns a for-profit company called EORN Consulting Services (ECS). David also spent 7 years and Vice President, founder and co-owner of an eLearning software company called Operitel. Operitel was recognized in 2008 by Profit Magazine as one of Canada’s top 100 fastest growing profitable companies.
