This week, Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) is proud to join healthcare organizations across the country in celebrating Canadian Patient Safety Week in partnership with Healthcare Excellence Canada!
This year’s theme - “All Voices for Safer Care” - recognizes the importance of collaboration among patients, families, caregivers, and care teams in creating safer healthcare environments.
Across KHSC, teams have been coming together to learn, share, and celebrate safety through hands-on activities, educational sessions, and our annual Quality Improvement Showcase - all highlighting the innovative work being done to enhance patient safety every day.
