Effective immediately masking is required for everyone when present on all inpatient units, in the Emergency Department (ED), the Urgent Care Centre (UCC), and the Children’s Outpatient Centre (COPC).
The KGH Auxiliary’s Show Children You Care Teddy Bear Campaign has concluded after surpassing its fundraising goal and supporting pediatric care at Kingston Health Sciences Centre.
Over the two-year campaign, the community raised $55,000, fully funding a point-of-care ultrasound machine to support faster diagnoses and improved care for pediatric patients. Each sponsored teddy bear contributed to enhanced comfort and care for children and families.
The KGH Auxiliary thanks donors, supporters and volunteers for their contributions creating a lasting impact on pediatric services at KHSC.
