Hip and Knee Care is provided through an Integrated Care Collaborative (ICC), which means patients requiring hip or knee replacement surgery receive care from a team of health care providers, and pre- and post-surgery clinics and services focused on delivering best practices in orthopedic care.

Your feedback is important to us. It helps us improve the care and services we provide. There are three times we require you to fill out a short survey about your care. Each time, the survey should take you 5 minutes to complete.
