Ruaa Al-Qazazi and Kali de Repentigny are first-year Master’s students enrolled in the graduate program of the Translational Institute of Medicine (TIME), in Queen’s Department of Medicine. This total-immersion experience combines working in labs with physicians and scientists at the leading edge of their fields, while also connecting with health-care teams and the patients who benefit from this research. Research Canada’s RC Update recently featured their experiences on their website.
