The Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario is located at Kingston General Hospital in the Burr Wing. All patients must register at the Burr 0 registration desk when they arrive for an appointment. The patient registration desk is located just inside the main doors on King Street.

The Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario's main entrance is at 25 King Street West.  See map.

The two closest entrances are:

  • the George Street entrance
  • the King Street entrance

If you are a patient of the Cancer Centre you will receive a pink parking permit at or before your first appointment. This pink permit will allow you to take advantage of special discounted parking rates and use reserved cancer parking spaces. If you forget your pink permit, ask the clerk or staff member in your clinic for a new one.

The Canadian Cancer Society offers a transportation service for patients who:

  • Cannot afford the cost of travel
  • Are not physically well enough to use public transportation
  • Feel uncomfortable facing travel alone

Patients are picked up and taken to/from their appointments by a volunteer driver. New patients who register are required to pay a registration fee. If you can’t afford to pay, you can ask about the fee assistance program. Children 18 years old or younger will not be charged.
