Over the past five-years, KGH has been on the move! Thanks to the support of our community and our many partners, as well as everyone who works, learns and volunteers at KGH, we have been transforming the patient experience and our organization on every level.
We began this important work in 2010 with the launch of our five-year strategy. It was designed to guide us into a new era and now that it’s been completed, it’s time for us to pause and look back at just how far we have come together.
We have created a special five-year strategy report that we hope you will find both informative and enjoyable. It’s a multi-media experience that tells our story with the help of infographics, photos, media headlines and videos. We’ve also broken it down into sections to highlight our performance and the things of which we are most proud.
