Urology Referrals
eReferrals are accepted via Ocean eReferral for enabled practitioners. If you are an enabled practitioner using an integrated EMR, refer through your EMR’s Ocean toolbar which will take you into the Ocean Healthmap where you will be signed in.
If not yet Ocean-enabled, please fax the referral to 1-855-247-4615 using the referral template provided below:

Urology eConsults are welcomed, in particular for the following: Questions around sexual health resources, need for follow-up of incidental findings on imaging (e.g. renal cysts), most appropriate work up for microscopic hematuria.
