- The Centre for Abuse & Trauma Therapy: Therapeutic counselling to victims of all forms of abuse and trauma.
- Chronic Illness Self-Management of Southeastern Ontario: Self-management programs provide education and tools to help people live healthier and better manage the daily tasks of living with chronic conditions.
- Chronic Pain Support Group of Kingston (CPSGK): Offers the public a meeting on Zoom every 3rd Monday of the month from 2-4 pm EST with some breaks during the summer. Contact Christine for your link or ask to be put on our group member email list to receive the link monthly. Their goal is to empower sufferers and their loved ones to take charge of their lives with pain, preferring an active versus a passive approach. They do not endorse any particular medicine or suggest any specific treatment for individuals, but they offer support and guidance toward dealing with the multifaceted nature of pain. A rich life with pain is possible! Their group, supported by the Chronic Pain Association of Canada, represents a great starting point for anyone on their journey with pain.
- Detox Centre—Hotel Dieu Hospital Site Withdrawal Management Detox Centre: This centre offers services for those seeking to detoxify from alcohol and/or other drugs, supportive counselling, and referrals to community services, including self-help groups and ongoing treatment programs. Walk-ins are available.
- Homewood Health- Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) available to all KHSC employees: Comprehensive counselling and support on a full range of personal and family-related issues such as addictions, anger management, grief and bereavement, marital issues, special needs of children, and trauma.
- Mood Disorders Society of Canada: Education and advocacy, which includes information on stigma and finding help.

- Sexual Assault Centre Kingston: Emergency, crisis, short-term and long-term supportive counselling, information, referral, and advocacy services and programs for survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence. OR Come to the KGH site Emergency Department and ask to speak with the on-call SA/DV Nurse.
- Telephone Aid Line Kingston (TALK): Can't sleep? Do you need someone to talk to? TALK provides a free listening support service to members of the Kingston community between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
