Our clinic space is located on Brock 5 of the Hotel Dieu Hospital site of Kingston Health Sciences Centre.
If you enter the HDH site through the main entrance of Brock Street, you can take the elevator from the main lobby, up to level 5. Once you get off the elevator, turn to your left and follow the hallway down to the reception window for our outpatient clinics.
