When you arrive in the Diagnostic Imaging department, please register at our main reception desk. A receptionist will verify your personal information and the type of examination your are going to have done. The receptionist will then direct you to the appropriate waiting area or work area for your procedure. Please note: bring your current Health Card with you to each visit.
Who you will see
Every member of your care team plays an important role in your care. But always remember, you are also an important member of the team. You know about your history, your family, your preferences and your needs. By listening to you and your loved ones and including you in everything we do, we ensure that you get the care you need, in the way that makes the most sense for you.
Another thing you’ll notice when you arrive is that every member of your care team takes the time to introduce themselves. We also all wear easy to read name badges at chest height. We do this because we know that when you know our names, you’ll be more comfortable asking us questions.
