KGH RI is home to the world-renowned The MotHERS Program, which uses pregnancy and the postpartum period to focus on disease prevention in women. The clinic screens women for heart disease risk factors and provides mothers and families with access to a resource-rich website and two apps to track pre and post-pregnancy details.

The MotHERS Program targets women who have exhibited risk indicators during pregnancy and invites them to be screened postpartum. Researchers have also developed apps to help women track various health indicators during their pregnancy, such as healthy baby movements and weight gain.
