After an extensive search process, Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) is pleased to announce that Dr. Heather Bullock has accepted the position of executive vice president, people, mission and partnerships and will join KHSC effective November 18, 2024.
Dr. Bullock brings more than 25 years of exemplary service in clinical leadership, strategic development, and partnership in the health, mental health and addiction sectors. She is recognized for bridging gaps between the worlds of health care delivery, policy and research.
Most recently, Dr. Bullock served as the vice president of partnerships and chief strategy officer at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care. She has also held roles at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), the McMaster Health Forum and Rapid Improvement Supports and Exchange (RISE).
In addition to her leadership in health systems, Dr. Bullock is an accomplished scholar and assistant professor at McMaster University. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Queen's University, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Policy from McMaster University.
