Our Kingston General Hospital (KGH) site operates a number of different outpatient obstetrical care clinics and services to support the women of Southeastern Ontario. These clinics include:

Colposcopy Clinic

The Kingston General Hospital Colposcopy Clinic provides screening, diagnosis, treatment options and education for women who have received abnormal Pap Test results as well as other related conditions.  Our colposcopy team includes doctors, nurses and administrative staff working together to offer you the best care possible. We see approximately 2000 patient visits per-year in our clinic. If you would like to learn more about our clinic, please click here.

Kingston Reproductive Centre

While infertility can be difficult, advances in infertility treatment have assisted many couples in their goal of becoming pregnant and having a healthy baby. This clinic supports individuals or couples who are having difficulty conceiving. To be seen in this clinic, you must be referred by your doctor or gynecologist. For more information, click here.

Regular obstetrical clinic

This clinic offers both prenatal and postpartum care to women in three distinct categories, low-risk pregnancies, high-risk pregnancies and to pregnant teens. Through this clinic we are able to monitor your health, as well as the health of your baby as you progress towards labour and delivery. For more information on this clinic, click here.

Prenatal genetics service

KGH's prenatal genetics service is offered through the hospital's Medical Genetics department. This service offers genetic testing to expectant mothers and their partner as well as to individuals or couples who are considering pregnancy. For more information on prenatal genetics, click here.

Lakeside Clinic (formerly Women's Clinic)

The Lakeside Clinic at our Kingston General Hospital site offers women access to safe, discreet and respectful options for terminating unwanted pregnancies.
