Bio

After receiving his PhD from the University of Melbourne, Dr. Lomax completed postdoctoral research training at the University of Calgary.  He joinied the faculty at Queen’s in 2006.

Research

His laboratory in interested in learning how interactions between the microbiota, nervous system and the immune system can contribute to symptom generation in inflammatory bowel disease.  They also study the regulation of neurogenesis in the enteric nervous system.
