The KHSC Nursing Awards of Excellence celebrate nurses who exemplify dedication, expertise, and a deep commitment to their patients, colleagues, and community. These awards highlight the exceptional contributions of nurses who consistently go above and beyond in delivering safe, high-quality care.
“The KHSC Nursing Awards of Excellence recognize the knowledge, leadership, and compassion that define our nursing community," says Jason Hann, Chief Nursing Executive at KHSC. "These awards shine a spotlight on individuals who go above and beyond — delivering safe, quality care, supporting colleagues, advancing practice, and living our values every day. It is a privilege to celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of our colleagues and the meaningful impact they have on patients, families, KHSC, and the broader health system.”
This year, the judging panel received 48 nominations, each showcasing exceptional dedication—not just in clinical skills and expertise, but also in an unwavering commitment to patient care.
