KHSC is actively integrating the National Standard for Psychological Health & Safety, the Four Stages of Psychological Safety , and addressing healthcare-specific stressors to create a workplace culture that prioritizes psychological well-being.
As we complete the organizational risk assessment and develop the strategic framework, our focus will be on building resilience at the individual, team, and organizational levels. This will lead to improved healthcare outcomes, stronger collaboration, and increased staff engagement. By centering psychological health and safety, KHSC is positioning itself as a leader in delivering compassionate, excellent care while fostering a thriving workplace.
