Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP)
All full-time and part-time employees at KHSC are eligible to join HOOPP. It is one of Canada’s largest and most respected defined benefit pension plans and can make a significant difference in achieving a secure financial future. For over 50 years, the Plan has provided retirement income security to healthcare professionals across Ontario.
Both the hospital and the employee make contributions to the pension plan to provide income during your retirement years.
