  • Canadian Blood and Marrow Transplant Group http://www.cbmtg.org/page/EducationalVideos. A database of educational webinars (videos) for patients and family members. Choose from past presentations or sign up for upcoming topics. 
  • Canadian Cancer Society www.cancer.ca. A database of easy-to-read information on diagnosis, pathology and staging, treatment, supportive care, research and development, Canadian statistics, prognosis and survival. 
  • Cancer Care Ontario Immunization Following Stem Cell Transplant in Adults Click here. This guide provides the vaccine dosing schedule after transplant, as recommended by Cancer Care Ontario.
  • Cancer Centre Sexual Health Clinic Click here for more information about the clinic and how to be referred. Talk to a member of your cancer care team if you have sexual health concerns. They can help you or refer you to the Cancer Centre Sexual Health Clinic. 
  • Cancer Chat Canada - www.cancerchatcanada.ca. This national service includes an online Stem Cell Transplant Support Group for cancer patients who have completed stem cell transplantation. This support group is open to anyone with lymphoma, leukemia, myeloma and other blood disorders.
  • Cancer Information Service (Canadian Cancer Society) - Phone 1-888-939-3333. An information specialist will answer your questions and give you information about cancer-related topics and services. Service is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in English and French. For other languages, an interpreter service is available.  
  • Exercise for People with Cancer - Click here for Patient Guide on how exercise can help you feel better while you are getting treatment for cancer. Click here for daily exercise tracker. 
  • Guides for Patients - Symptom & Side Effects Management Click here.  22 Patient Guides to help you and your loved ones manage your symptoms. The guides are filled with easy to understand, practical tips for what you can do and when to get help from your healthcare team.
  • Intimacy and Sex - Click here. A guide on intimacy and sexual health for people with cancer and their partners. 
  • Lymphoma Canada - www.lymphoma.ca. Lymphoma Canada offers information about the different types of lymphoma, including a comprehensive section for the newly diagnosed patient. 
  • Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada www.llscanada.org. Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada funds blood cancer research and provides free information and support services to patients and family members. 
  • MedsCheck - Click here for more information about MedsCheck. You may be asked to bring a MedsCheck from your community pharmacy to your first visit.
  • Medication Safety - Click here to learn more about how you can create a personalized medication record. An up-to-date record helps you, your loved ones, and your healthcare team members have complete information about your medicines.
  • Myeloma Canada - www.myelomacanada.ca. Canadian support organization for patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma.
  • Multiple Myeloma Support Group - Click here for more information. This is a peer lead support group for patients and caregivers. Meetings occur the fourth Thursday of every other month at the Picton, Ontario Community Care Center for Seniors. 
  • OneMatch Stem Cell and Marrow Networkhttps://blood.ca/en/stem-cells. For family members or friends who want more information on how to register to be a stem cell donor.
  • Peer Support Program (Canadian Cancer Society) - Click here to learn more about the program and to register. This is a peer support program for those who have been diagnosed with cancer or are caring for someone with cancer. You can speak over the phone with a trained volunteer who has gone through a similar experience.
