Taking care of your emotional well-being
Taking care of your emotional well-being before, during and after your stem cell transplant is very important. Here are some things you can try that other patients and family members have found helpful:
- Share your feelings with those who are close to you, such as your family and friends. You may find the following helpful:

- Ask to speak to other patients who have had a transplant or if there are support groups in your area.
