The Auxiliary Cafe
The café is located in the main lobby on Davies 1. The café serves soups, sandwiches, salads, drinks and baked goods. A portion of the proceeds from the café go towards purchasing equipment for the hospital.
The Atrium - On the Go bistro featuring Tim Hortons
The Atrium bistro is located on Davies 0. The bistro serves hot and cold meals, salad bar, pizza, deli, drinks and snacks. It also features a Tim Hortons coffee shop.
"On the Go" outlet
The On the Go outlet featuring Tim Hortons is located in the Kidd/Davies (main) lobby and serves a full range of hot and cold drinks and baked goods.
Vending Machines
There are vending machines available on Connell 3 and Watkins 0. They can be accessed 24hrs a day and serve both hot and cold food and drinks.
Tuck Shop
The Tuck Shop is located on Connell 1. The Tuck Shop sells drinks, ice cream snacks, magazines, newspapers, flowers, dry cleaning, phone cards and used books.
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is located at the main lobby on Davies 1. The Gift Shop sells sleepwear, gifts, flowers, greeting cards, newspapers, batteries, magazines and snacks.
Lovell Clinic Pharmacy
The Lovell Clinic Pharmacy is located in the Kidd/Davies main lobby for patients, their families and staff to use. You can have your prescriptions filled or pick up non-prescription items during your time at KGH.
Bank Machine
There are three instant teller bank machines available 24hrs a day:
• in the Kidd/Davies main lobby near the Gift Shop
• in the On the Go bistro featuring Tim Hortons on Kidd 0
• on Connell 1 just outside the Tuck Shop
Telephones
There are pay phones on every unit in the hospital. If you are an inpatient your room will have a phone. All local calls are free from the room phones by dialing “9” to get an outside line. Long distance calls can be made by billing it to your home number or using a calling card. Pre paid cards are available in a machine outside the Tuck Shop on Connell 1. Cell phones are allowed to be used within the hospital in non patient care areas. Cell phones are not permitted in the NICU.
