Respect in the workplace

To help foster respect, we have created a learning program available to all employees, physicians, volunteers and learners that focuses on our Business Conduct Policy. This policy establishes the expected behaviours in areas that relate to safety, security and respect. The learning program helps us to live these behaviours every day to create a culture of respect across the organization.
